Winner Selection

Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor collects only the information necessary to administer the Giveaway and deliver prizes. Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Rules or attempt to tamper with the Giveaway.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or circumstances beyond its control.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or prize use.

Governing Law and Disputes

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
