Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Lucky Duck Labs LLC (“Lucky Duck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a digital platform offering entries into sweepstakes, giveaways, and promotions, as well as access to products, bundles, digital content, credits, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Return & Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds, returns, chargebacks, and reversals. This Policy forms part of your legal agreement with us under our Terms of Service. By accessing the Services or completing any transaction, you agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases, entries, fees, credits, bundles, and transactions made through the Services are final and non-refundable.

Lucky Duck does not offer refunds, returns, reversals, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Failure to win a prize
• Dissatisfaction with odds, prizes, or outcomes
• User error or accidental purchases
• Ineligibility discovered after entry
• Account suspension or termination
• Technical issues outside our reasonable control

Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be undone.

3. Digital Content, Services & Immediate Fulfillment

Certain transactions on Lucky Duck may include digital entries, digital content, digital goods, credits, or immediate access to services, all of which may be delivered or activated promptly upon completion of payment.

Because some or all aspects of a transaction may be fulfilled immediately, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Transactions may become non-reversible once processing or fulfillment begins
• Digital entries, digital goods, credits, or access-based services (where applicable) cannot be returned once delivered or activated
• Refunds are not available for completed transactions, regardless of outcome

This Policy applies regardless of whether a particular transaction includes digital goods, physical items, services, entry-based access, or any combination thereof.

4. No Guarantee of Winning

Lucky Duck offers a chance to win, not a guarantee of winning.

Failure to win a prize, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of any giveaway, drawing, or promotion does not constitute grounds for a refund. Odds are disclosed prior to entry, and participation is voluntary.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Where required by law, Lucky Duck provides a free alternative method of entry (AMOE) for eligible promotions.

The availability of a free entry option ensures that no purchase is required to participate. Paid entries are made voluntarily for convenience, entertainment, or optional benefits. The existence of an AMOE does not affect the finality of paid transactions.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction that complies with this Policy and our Terms of Service may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Disqualification from current or future giveaways
• Forfeiture of entries, credits, or prizes
• Reporting of disputed activity to payment processors

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide transaction records, IP data, logs, timestamps, and policy acceptance records to financial institutions and payment processors.

7. Prize Fulfillment

This Policy applies only to entries, access, and transactional components of the Services.

Once a prize is awarded and accepted by a verified winner, prize fulfillment is governed by the applicable Giveaway Rules. Prizes are not returnable or exchangeable, except where expressly required by applicable law.

8. Limitations & Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Duck disclaims all refund or return obligations not expressly stated in this Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Return & Refund Policy is effective as of March 1, 2026. We may update it from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or communicated by reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
